THE SUMMER OF 2007 marked the begining of a new chapter in the continuing growth of Jim Fetzer's Ceago Vinegarden on the north shore of Clear Lake, with the opening of their much-anticipated Courtyard Cafe.

     Offering a menu of sandwiches and salads, and featuring a "Ceago Artisan Cheese Board" paired with white and red wine flights, the new addition opened to rave reviews. Opening and closing dates for the seasonal cafe may be found online at ceago.com.

     "Whenever possible, we use estate, local and organically produced products," said Fetzer. "All our wines are Biodynamic(r) and organic, and we are committed to that approach in our cafe as well."
